- Application for the Opera Singing Competition
The legal basis for processing is the request by the data subject/consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter ‘a’ of GDPR) given by registering via email to the address: direzioneartistica@opera-lirica.com/implementation of contractual obligations.

RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

The personal data provided can be accessed only by personnel authorised by the Data Controller. The recipients of personal data will handle the data as Controllers (Article 28 of the EU Regulation 2016/679) and/or as individuals who operate under the authority of the Data Controller or Data Processor (Article 28 of the EU Regulation 2016/679) for the above mentioned purposes.

Aside from the cases described above, personal data will not be shared, except with subjects, Bodies or Authorities as required by EU or National Law or Regulations.

RETENTION PERIOD FOR DATA OR CRITERIA FOR DETERMINING THE PERIOD

Personal data will be stored in a magnetic file, by adopting protection measures to guarantee correct storage and use.
